Mechanical Engineer | Researcher | Innovator | Entrepreneur
Eng. Adventina Marcus Stambuli is a Tanzanian Mechanical Engineer, researcher, innovator and entrepreneur passionate about engineering innovation, agricultural mechanisation and locally manufactured technologies.
She holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering (Transport Machinery) from the National Institute of Transport (NIT). Her MSc research focused on optimising electro-hydraulic servo valve performance for ship rudder systems using Particle Swarm Optimisation and Genetic Algorithms.
She currently works as a Mechanical Engineer at Agrodynamics Company, specialising in the design, fabrication and manufacturing of agricultural machinery.
Adventina is the innovator behind Feed Master Duo, a locally developed multipurpose animal-feed processing machine combining fodder cutting and grain milling, designed to provide farmers with an affordable and practical locally manufactured solution.
Her innovation won the 2024 MAKISATU National Competition in Science, Technology and Innovation, under COSTECH and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. It was also recognised as Best Project at NIT in 2023 and showcased at the 2023 Youth Expo.
With industrial experience at Tanzania Breweries Limited (TBL) and skills in machine operation, maintenance, fabrication, welding, CAD and SolidWorks, Adventina is committed to advancing agricultural productivity, sustainable industrialisation and technology development in Tanzania and Africa. 🇹🇿🌍
