ACHIEVEMENT CELEBRATIONS
Every year Institution of Engineers Tanzania-Women Chapter celebrate their achievement by hosting a TAWECE (Tanzania Women Engineers Convention and Exhibitions) as their annual conference.
The objective of this convention is to share opportunities resulting from research-based paper presentations, celebrating achievement of individual women engineering through awards competition, networking, addressing challenges facing women engineers, showcasing engineering business and projects, recognition of innovative projects done by secondary and University students, and the like.
